About the Role

As a Recruiter at Important Group, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various business roles. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent for various business roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify the most suitable candidates for each role.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely updates on the status of candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions.
• Certifications in recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are a plus.
