Business Analyst (Palam)

About the Role

As a Business Analyst at IMMORTAL Technologies, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and requirements, identifying solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement those solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze data, and develop business cases to support project decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, surveys, and workshops
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop insights to inform business decisions
• Develop business cases to support project decisions, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and end-users
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in wireframing, project planning, and project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and version control systems
• Database knowledge, including data modeling and data analysis
• Programming knowledge, including languages such as Python, Java, or C++
