About the Role
In this role, you will be working on an international non-voice process at Imaginators Try Going Beyond, handling tasks that do not involve voice calls. This could include data entry, email management, or other customer-facing tasks that require strong communication skills.
As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with clients from around the world and developing your skills in customer service and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, or other non-voice channels
- Process customer data and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work on improving processes and identifying areas for efficiency gains
- Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including US shifts
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
