Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Oversee all accounts payable functions, including invoice verification and payment processing. Vendor Payments Process vendor payments promptly and accurately. Maintain and regularly update vendor records. Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders Review and process purchase requisitions across various departments. Financial Analysis Conduct financial analysis to support cost control and management initiatives. Cost Accounting Maintain precise cost accounting records and assist with financial planning, analysis, and budgeting. Account Finalization Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely finalization of accounts. General Accounting Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including reconciliations and invoice processing. Key Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
