HR Intern

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an HR Intern.

As an HR Intern at iKnowHow S.A., you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of HR operations.

You will be assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and HR administration.

This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days

What You'll Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
