Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Chandigarh, India. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating potential customer leads, managing sales operations, and maintaining healthy relationships with clients. Key duties include promoting the bank's products and services, collaborating with channel partners to achieve sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Operations, including the ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth. Proficiency in Lead Generation and Channel Sales, helping to identify opportunities and build partnerships. Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A results-driven attitude with the ability to work effectively under targets. Knowledge of banking products and services is preferred, but not required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
