HR Onboarding & Payroll Support || ICS Foods || Gurgaon (Haryana)

About the Role

This role involves supporting the HR team in onboarding new employees, managing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and maintain accurate payroll records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing necessary documents and conducting inductions.
• Manage payroll processes, including processing salary payments, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with PF and ESIC regulations.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and other benefits.
• Develop and maintain HR-related reports and analytics using MS Excel.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee queries and maintaining HR records.
• Stay up-to-date with changing hiring compliances and ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR processes and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance with PF and ESIC regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and onboarding processes.
