About the Role
As a Fresher Female International BPO, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. Your primary role will involve handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Document customer interactions and issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients across the globe.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Problem Solving: Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and issues.
- Documentation: Document customer interactions and issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Email Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Chat Support: Provide customer support via chat platforms.
- Language Proficiency: Possess excellent language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Certifications: Customer Service certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative) are a plus.
