Interns in Customer Success Engineers work with technical sales and solutions teams. The job involves conducting research on IBM technologies, preparing supporting materials, and helping in the development of client-facing deliverables for corporate portfolios.

## Key Responsibilities

• Researchers IBM Automation, Data & AI, as well as Infrastructure solutions, and pertinent business applications

• Make technical presentations, solution briefs and architectural diagrams

• Help with the creation and documentation of basic demos and proofs-of-concept

• Conduct competitive analysis and create Differentiator reports.

• Contribute to the technical capability and activities for knowledge management.

## Key Deliverables

• Summary of portfolios and solutions briefs

• Demo guides and proof-of-concept documents

• Competitive report on comparisons

• Final technical presentation

## Qualifications

• Communication and analytical skills that are strong.

• An ardent curiosity about artificial intelligence, cloud computing, automation, and enterprise infrastructure

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Python preferred

• Currently studying for B.Tech or BS M.Tech and MS in circuits (Computer Science and Electronics, IT or other related fields)

• Minimum 75 points of marks, 7.5 CGPA and above

Experience required:0 years (Freshers are welcome)
