About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer at Hyre, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our software products. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, designing wireframes and prototypes, and refining the user interface to ensure seamless interactions.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be expected to balance multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces and user experiences for software products, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and other design assets to ensure consistency across products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine designs and ensure alignment with company goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, design systems, and design thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies in the design industry.
  • Portfolio showcasing design experience and skills.
