About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist at Houzeo, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their queries, concerns, and issues related to our real estate services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to provide seamless customer experiences, escalating complex issues when necessary. Your ability to empathize with customers, remain calm under pressure, and communicate effectively will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor and report customer feedback and concerns to improve our services.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support to customers.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and ticketing systems.
