Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clients Relationship Management Intern, based in Udumalaippettai. The primary responsibilities include maintaining positive client relations, addressing inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The intern will also assist in identifying client needs, analyzing feedback, and supporting the team in executing long-term relationship strategies. Collaboration and effective communication with team members to enhance customer service efficiency will be critical parts of the role. Qualifications Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess and respond to customer needs Prior experience in customer relationship management is an advantage Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
