About the Role
As an Outside Sales Executive at House Construct, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Bangalore market. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our company's solutions to drive sales growth.
You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and track progress. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships with clients will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bangalore market through lead generation and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team to achieve targets and meet sales goals.
- Present our company's solutions to clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve sales processes.
- Track progress, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or business development are a plus.
