About the Role
As a Sales Professional at Homiq Realty, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the real estate market. Your day-to-day tasks will involve meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on property purchases and sales. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales

- Provide expert advice on property purchases and sales to clients

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve team targets and goals
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
