The role is based in Erode, with flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, and cultivating strong relationships. The role will involve preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business growth objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Lead Generation Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, along with interpersonal abilities Problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude An understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and market dynamics Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to balance on-site and remote work efficiently Prior experience in working with SMBs or emerging enterprises is considered beneficial
