About the Role

- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to improve customer experience and loyalty.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 0-4 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and banking products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles.
