This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in recruitment, employee engagement, HR coordination, and workplace operations. Eligibility Someone who has completed their Bachelors or Masters and can easily commit to this Fulltime internship (MBA HR or BBA graduate/student preferred) Candidates who have completed their exams and are currently awaiting results are encouraged to apply Prior HR internship/work experience is required Responsibilities Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Support onboarding and employee documentation processes Help maintain employee records and HR databases Coordinate with candidates and employees for HR-related communication Assist in engagement activities and internal HR initiatives Support attendance tracking and general HR operations Work closely with the HR team on ongoing organisational tasks and projects Conduct Employee Engagement activities Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and coordination abilities Understanding of HR processes (HR Ops, Recruitment etc) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Proactive attitude and willingness to learn PPO Opportunity A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be extended based strictly on consistent high-quality performance, professionalism, ownership, and overall contribution during the internship period.
