Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically. Understanding of fundamental design principles and architecture behind scalable applications. Experience with version control systems like Git. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a remote team. Strong desire to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.   Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of both client-side and server-side applications. Design efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications. Develop and enhance our main software products using Java, JavaScript, Spring, and React.js. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with team members to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. Manage individual project deliverables and timelines to ensure the timely launch of products. Write and maintain readable, reusable, and efficient code. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs.
