About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including content management systems and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with AI and GenAI technologies, including meeting intelligence and customer engagement platforms.
