Insurance Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end insurance processes within the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Learn and manage end-to-end insurance processes, from initial approval to final discharge and documentation
• Coordinate with Hexa Buddies and hospitals for file follow-ups and case updates across PAN India
• Handle reimbursement cases, including discharge processes and required paperwork
• Validate patient documents and ensure proper alignment for physical submission
• Follow up with insurance companies and TPAs while maintaining accurate tracking using Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
