About the Role
This Performance Marketer role at Helium involves owning paid acquisition from strategy to execution, spanning both B2C and B2B marketing. You'll plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with full ownership of growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, MER, payback period, and pipeline generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize growth and efficiency.
- Track and improve key metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Build and execute structured testing plans across audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad concepts and iterate based on performance insights.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable recommendations through dashboards and reports.
- Manage budgets effectively while maintaining growth and profitability targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of improving acquisition metrics and scaling paid channels.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, blended vs. platform attribution, and payback period.
- Experience running structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets to build simple forecasting models and performance analyses.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Basic SQL skills or experience querying marketing data.
