Role Overview As a Software Development Engineer at Heizen, you will collaborate closely with clients, PMs, and designers. You’ll take full ownership of features from idea to deployment—understanding core problems, designing solutions, and implementing them end-to-end. Core Responsibilities Architect systems and write scalable backend/frontend code Work with APIs, UI components, databases, and cloud infrastructure Collaborate with clients to understand needs and demo solutions Own your work from whiteboard to production What We Value Analytical thinking and problem-solving with technical tools Experience or interest in large-scale data usage Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members Requirements 0+ years of software engineering experience (fresh graduates welcome) Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, (or similar) Experience or strong interest in building and shipping software applications Basic knowledge or willingness to learn SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/etc.) Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work with diverse teams Compensation ₹12-18L Fixed + ESOPs Based on skills, experience, and fit.
