About this role: We're hiring on behalf of our client in the healthcare media space, one of India's most listened pharma industry podcasts with 25,000+ monthly listeners across 60+ episodes featuring leaders from Eli Lilly, Dr. Reddy's, Zydus, Thyrocare, Google Healthcare AI, and Michigan Medicine. The client also partners with pharma companies on marketing, GTM, and content strategy. About the role: You'll work directly with the founder on content production, outreach, and growth across two workstreams: Podcast and newsletter operations (their owned media) Marketing and GTM for pharma companies they work with This is not a coffee-fetching internship. From day one, you'll publish content seen by senior pharma executives, send outreach messages that book real meetings, and own measurable outcomes. What you'll do: Write LinkedIn captions and carousel content for the podcast and partner companies Source and qualify pharma decision-makers via LinkedIn Sales Navigator Send personalized outreach messages (50+ per week) using approved templates Schedule social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube using Buffer Track weekly metrics: outreach replies, content engagement, demo bookings Support podcast operations (guest coordination, episode prep) Research pharma industry trends to fuel content ideas Manage CRM hygiene and pipeline updates What you'll learn: GTM strategy for pharma companies Content strategy across LinkedIn, podcast, newsletter Outbound prospecting and conversion optimization Working directly with a founder and senior pharma executives How a profitable bootstrapped media company actually operates Who we're looking for: Based in Jaipur (this role is fully onsite, Hybrid could be a option) Background in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc Biology, or related) OR strong demonstrated interest Excellent written English, you'll write content read by industry leaders Comfortable on LinkedIn — you have a profile and post occasionally Self-driven — the client doesn't micromanage, but expects ownership Detail-oriented — typos in client work are unacceptable Available 8 hours per day, Monday-Saturday Compensation & terms: 6,000-8,000/month based on experience Onsite at coworking space in Jaipur 4-month minimum commitment with full-time conversion possible Direct mentorship from founder (face-to-face daily) Direct work with pharma C-suite (your network grows fast) LinkedIn recommendation and certificate How to apply: Send to [HIDDEN TEXT] with subject Marketing Intern Application — [Your Name] Include: Your LinkedIn profile URL One paragraph: Why pharma marketing interests you
