Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Mysore. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales operations, and engaging in channel sales activities to promote the company's financial products. The Sales Officer will work closely with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining strong customer relationships will also be key elements of the role. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication skills Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations Knowledge of Channel Sales strategies and methods Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a customer-centric approach Proven track record of meeting sales targets and deadlines Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer preferences Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector is a plus
