About the Role
In this role, you will be part of HCLTech's Non-Voice Process team, where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through email and chat channels. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including data entry, troubleshooting, and email support. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be expected to be proactive and solution-focused in your approach to customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through email and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Perform data entry tasks as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide excellent written communication skills to customers
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support
Skills & Qualifications
- Written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Email support skills to handle customer inquiries
- Data entry skills to accurately and efficiently enter customer information
- Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues
- Chat support skills to provide timely and effective support to customers
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
