Job Description
About the Role
As a Power BI Developer at HCLTech, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Power BI analytics solutions for pharmaceutical clients. This involves ensuring dashboard availability, resolving incidents, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting BI platform operations. You will work closely with BI developers, cloud teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Monitor Power BI service health and system performance
- Troubleshoot report refresh failures and data connectivity issues
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ServiceNow
- Track support tickets through JIRA and ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain technical documentation in Confluence
- Perform routine maintenance and basic automation using shell scripts
Skills & Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA, or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related technical field
- Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, ServiceNow, ITIL, Dynatrace, BigPanda, JIRA, Confluence, Shell Scripting, Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, Incident Management, Dashboard Troubleshooting, Data Connectivity, BI Application Support, IT Operations
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, team collaboration, time management, and customer support skills
