About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling international banking voice calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

As a voice process professional, you will be working in a blended environment, handling both voice and non-voice tasks, and contributing to the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international banking voice calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Work in a blended environment, handling both voice and non-voice tasks, such as data entry and documentation.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including international banking.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
