HCLTech is hiring a Finance Associate to join their team in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will serve as a Financial Analyst, reviewing bills and invoices, and adhering to processes to ensure high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone etiquette
• Good accounting knowledge and adherence to process
• Following escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level
• First call resolution, break schedule adherence, and involvement in motivational activities
• Updating various logs, ensuring data security, and proprietary customer data

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree and graduation degree
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of banking or credit union operations and fraud types and schemes
• Excellent oral and writing skills
