About the Role
• Requirements Grooming:Participate in TRS (Technical Requirements Specification) grooming sessions to understand software requirements before test planning begins.
• Test Case Design:Design and develop detailed test cases based on software architecture analysis and API or software interface specifications.
• Test Automation:Develop test scripts and automation frameworks using Python and Shell scripting to speed up regression and functional test cycles.
• Test Execution & Reporting:Execute test cases across defined test types, generate test reports, and analyze results to identify defects and regressions.
• GERRIT & MR Verification:Participate in code review workflows by verifying Merge Requests (MRs) and ensuring code changes meet quality standards before merging.
• Defect Reproduction:Reproduce and verify tickets raised by other team members and support software developers in debugging and resolving issues.
• Team Participation:Attend team meetings, contribute to engineering discussions, and complete HARMAN University training courses to improve your technical skills.
