About the Role

As a Cost Accountant - CMA, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to help the company make informed business decisions. This involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and identifying areas for cost reduction. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Develop and implement cost accounting systems and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform profitability analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and review depreciation schedules and fixed asset records.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Cost Accounting principles and practices.
• Financial analysis and reporting.
• General Accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MIS, BS, and PL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• CMA certification preferred.
