Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Ahmedabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages, managing food preparation, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires maintaining a welcoming environment, interacting with clients to fulfill their needs, and contributing to the overall salon experience by offering refreshments and a high level of hospitality. Qualifications Experience in Barista work and familiarity with beverage preparation processes Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to create a welcoming and pleasant client experience Effective communication skills for understanding and responding to customer needs Basic food preparation capabilities to assist with refreshments offered to clients Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and collaborate effectively with team members Prior experience in hospitality or customer service environments is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred
