Back Office Executive

About the Role

The Back Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to review English audio recordings and accurately identify the correct sentence from multiple-choice options.

Responsibilities

• Listen carefully to English audio recordings.
• Select the correct sentence from the provided multiple-choice options based on the audio.
• Ensure high accuracy while completing assigned tasks.
• Enter and verify data using the company's software or tools.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Report any unclear or poor-quality audio recordings to the supervisor.

What You'll Need

• Good English listening and comprehension skills.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet browsing, typing).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Resume Tip

Prior experience in data annotation, transcription, BPO, quality analysis, or voice process is an advantage but not mandatory.
