Data Analyst

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at hackajob, you'll be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets, identifying trends, and creating data visualizations to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data marts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement data visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide recommendations for business improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
• Participate in data quality assurance and data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Python, and Power BI.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
