Sales Officer
About the Role
Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and acquire new clients for secured loan products. Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners like DSAs and real estate agents. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Provide clients with information on new products and services. Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly. Loan Processing & Documentation Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather necessary documentation. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursal of loans. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Market Analysis & Strategy Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the product development team for product enhancements. Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility.
