About the Role
Growth Leaders Consulting is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Intern to help identify new business opportunities and generate leads for small and medium-sized businesses across the Delhi NCR region.
As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for researching and analysing the local market to identify potential business opportunities, building and maintaining a database of prospective clients and decision-makers, and generating leads through email outreach and telecalling.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse the local market to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through email outreach and telecalling.
- Reach out to small and medium-sized businesses across Delhi NCR.
- Understand prospective clients' digital marketing needs and introduce relevant GLC services.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, leads, and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet research, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Confident and comfortable with telecalling and prospect outreach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
What You'll Learn
As a Business Development Intern at Growth Leaders Consulting, you will gain hands-on experience in business development, lead generation, and digital marketing sales.
You will be exposed to real-world client acquisition and sales processes, and will have the opportunity to work directly with an experienced digital marketing team.
Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, you may be considered for potential absorption as a full-time business development executive, based on performance and business requirements.
