We're hiring a Creative Design & Video Editing Intern who gets that social media is not about making posts. It's about stopping people mid-scroll. It's attention engineering. What you'll own: Instagram Reels - people UGC content, ads, promotional edits Static creatives and carousel design Motion graphics and story content Campaign creatives end-to-end You must have: A portfolio (no portfolio = instant rejection) Motion editing capability - After Effects or Premiere Pro Strong typography instincts Social-first creative understanding Prior client, startup, or project work Tools we use: Premiere Pro / After Effects / Illustrator / Figma Canva.
