About the Role

In this role as a Seals Executive at Greetoe Resorts and hospitality PVT LTD, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across various hospitality services. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of hospitality services, including travel, accommodation, and event management
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and customer feedback using CRM systems
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company policies to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• 0-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in managing customer relationships and sales performance
• Knowledge of hospitality services, including travel, accommodation, and event management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
