Financial Structuring & Investment Analyst - Real Estate Company

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify investment opportunities in the real estate sector. You will work closely with the investment team to structure deals and create financial models to evaluate potential returns on investment. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing market trends, valuing properties, and developing exit strategies for our investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
• Value properties and develop exit strategies for our investments.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and optimize investment returns.
• Collaborate with the investment team to structure deals and create financial models.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the investment team on market trends and investment opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including ROI analysis, IRR analysis, and NPV analysis.
• Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations in India.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with market valuation techniques and exit strategies.
• Investment analysis and portfolio management skills.
