Data Analyst - Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about working with data, identifying trends, and transforming raw information into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present business insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Assist in developing automated reports and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Document data analysis processes and maintain reports.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas).
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
