About the Role

1. Assist in day-to-day business operations across finance, sales, and operations functions to gain holistic organizational exposure.
2. Support financial processes including tracking transactions, preparing basic reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
4. Work closely with the sales and business teams to assist in lead generation, client coordination, and proposal preparation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to improving operational efficiency and productivity.
6. Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks across functions.
8. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and insights for management review and decision-making.
9. Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to process improvements and business outcomes.
10. Support the implementation of best practices for quality assurance and compliance.
