Business Development Executive - B2B
Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us scale our brand and operations in the B2B and gifting business.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for taking complete ownership of new B2B, Corporate, Bulk, and HORECA sales channels for the company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales activities and cold visits to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Drive lead generation activities, including market research, prospecting, cold calling, cold visits, networking, and identifying potential clients.
- Responsible for brand awareness through consumer education, brand partnerships, and relevant marketing activities.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and expansion plans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities through CRM.
What You'll Need
- Any graduate and post graduate (MBA/BBA) in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
