About the Role
As a Customer Support Sales Coordinator / Executive at Goldtips Hair Products Llp, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving queries, and providing exceptional sales support to drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide sales support to the sales team, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to analyze customer feedback and develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of sales reports, presentations, and other business materials.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and develop solutions.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Domestic calling and non-voice chat process experience is a plus.
