About the Role
As an HR Recruiter at Goldman Consultants, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various business roles. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
With a focus on non-IT recruitment, you will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that the company's talent acquisition needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for various business roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to the HR team and management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management systems (RMS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and labor laws.
