About the Role
In this role, you will be working as a customer service representative, handling international voice calls and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to work on inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
As an international voice process professional, you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international voice calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work on inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
- Work on night shifts, ensuring that customer queries are resolved during non-business hours.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring that customer queries are handled in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer queries and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- International Voice Process: Experience in international voice process, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- BPO: Familiarity with business process outsourcing (BPO) principles and practices.
- English Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong emphasis on communication and customer service skills.
- Certifications: Customer service certifications, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM), are highly desirable.
