Essential Functions: Monitors BIX extractors and PDC as part of daily production Monitoring. Utilizes Pega tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and logs to troubleshoot issues. Assists in investigating application issues under supervision. Performs unit testing for assigned development tasks. Resolves low to medium complexity defects during QA and UAT cycles. Supports regression testing activities. Assists in developing and configuring Pega applications including case types, stages, steps, and flows. Configures decision tables, decision trees, validations, and when rules. Follows Pega guardrails and organizational standards. Participates in sprint ceremonies and team meetings. Continuously enhances skills through training and certifications. Participates in peer reviews and knowledge transfer sessions. Documents configuration changes and technical details. Performs other related duties and project as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Knowledge on object-oriented technology and reusable component-based application development involving Java. Knowledge on integrations and agents.
