About the Role
A CASA Sales Officer at GetWork plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, primarily focusing on the Corporate, Agriculture, and Small business sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform sales approaches.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and tools.
- Basic understanding of KYC documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field (optional).
