About the Role

In this Management Trainee, Order to Cash role at Genpact, you will be responsible for managing the entire order-to-cash process, from contract management to revenue booking. This involves ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients to meet business objectives. You will also be involved in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts and agreements with clients to ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in the order-to-cash process.
  • Process billing and invoicing, and ensure accurate revenue booking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Design and implement dashboards for reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process changes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in contract management, internal audit, or billing and invoicing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to analyze data and create insightful reports to support business decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition and accounting principles.
