HR & Recruitment Trainee – Freshers Welcome (Mumbai) Location Mumbai, Maharashtra – Work from Office About the Role We are hiring freshers who want to build a career in pure recruitment . As an HR & Recruitment Trainee , you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for multiple roles across our client companies. This is a hands‑on role where you will learn end‑to‑end recruitment operations, from CV search to interview coordination and closure. Key Responsibilities Search and shortlist relevant candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals . Conduct initial screening calls to understand candidate profiles, experience, and salary expectations. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers in Excel for roles, profiles, and stages. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback and next steps. Maintain clean and updated candidate records in the system. Assist in building a strong pipeline of talent for future openings. Key Skills Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette. Basic sourcing & Boolean search skills on Naukri and LinkedIn. Screening & questioning skill to quickly assess CVs and profiles. Sales mindset – comfortable selling job openings to candidates. Persistence, resilience, and high follow‑up discipline. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good time management & multitasking ability. Attention to detail in data entry and record‑keeping. Coordination with HR and hiring managers for interview logistics. Positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in recruitment. Candidate Profile Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience (any graduation). Candidates from HR, Commerce, BBA, MBA‑HR, or any degree with strong interest in recruitment are preferred. Willingness to work in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
