As a human-in-the-loop, you'll ensure that AI-driven interviews are not only efficient but also fair, ethical, and responsible. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of tech hiring by monitoring live technical interviews, intervening when necessary, and providing quick summaries after each session.
As a Freelance Proctor, you'll have the flexibility to choose sessions that fit your availability, work from the comfort of your own space, and get paid quickly for your work. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to improving fairness in AI-driven interviews and make a meaningful impact on the tech hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live technical interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, or the GeekTrust platform.
- Intervene or flag issues when AI hits an edge case or makes a mistake.
- Troubleshoot problems related to bot performance, timing, or user experience.
- Record and escalate any suspicious behavior or platform bugs.
- Provide quick, clear summaries after each session.
- Work closely with the AI team to suggest fixes, improvements, or new features.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and quick reflexes.
- Ability to follow structured SOPs and escalate issues clearly.
- Experience in proctoring, live support, tech interviews, or customer handling (bonus).
- Google Meet.

- A laptop, strong internet, and a quiet space.
- A degree in a relevant field (not specified).
