About the Role
• Production Support:Support assembly-line operations for medical-device sub-systems and report on daily production metrics.
• Continuous Improvement:Run Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma projects to improve cycle time, yield, and operator efficiency.
• Process Documentation:Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and PFMEA documents.
• Supplier & Material Coordination:Collaborate with supplier quality and logistics teams to ensure on-time material availability and quality compliance.
• Root Cause Analysis:Lead 5-Why and Fishbone analyses for production issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Safety & Quality:Adhere to GE HealthCare’s EHS and ISO 13485 quality system requirements at all times.
• Cross-Functional Projects:Support new product introductions (NPI), capacity expansions, and capital project commissioning.
